A timeline activity looking at the major changes in how we view Mental Illness over time. Completed as an A3 sheet will make this useful for students revision. Completing this using textbooks, the internet and the BBC Documentary, History of a Madhouse

This contains a series of 7 sessions looking at the ethical issues surrounding Family and Relationships. IT IS NOT LINKED TO A SPECIFICATION but could easily be adapted for Philosophy and Ethics lessons, Sociology or PHSE. The resource also contans a basic scheme of learning.

3x activities to get students thinking about what they want/do not want from a job leading to deciding on career plans

A series of 7 sessions where students work in small groups (6-8) with people they don’t usually work with allowing them to build study skills and link across topics and subjects. They are designed to be printed and organised into folders according to the contents page and then for students to work through in independent groups. Objectives and SoL is also included.
